Cullen support

Help with the Cullen iOS app — swipe your way to a cleaner photo library.

The app isn't showing my photos

Cullen needs permission to access your photo library. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Cullen and make sure "Full Access" is selected.

I deleted something by mistake

Cullen uses iOS's native delete mechanism. Deleted photos go to your Recently Deleted album in the Photos app, where they're kept for 30 days before permanent removal. You can recover them from there.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Cullen runs entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded or transmitted. See the privacy policy for full details.
